Jack's Paint Stellenbosch - Poor customer service

I was at Jack's Paint today to purchase paint that needed to be mixed as well, they advised that it will take one hour to mix. Upon my return after 2 hours they told me that my paint can was knocked over and that i need to wait another half hour for them to mix again which I know was just a lie to cover up the fact that they haven't even started mixing the paint in the first place. I had a bad experience with them in the past as well but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt but again to my regret.

I purchased spraypaint from and went back a couple of days after to get more, they said they would be able to order more and they advised it will take a couple of days for them to receive. I was never contacted with any explanation as to when I would receive my order. Because I needed the spraypaint I had to send someone to Paarl to go and purchase at another paint supplier.
