Poor service yet again

I'm a big Jacks fan but the Claremont store continues to disappoint me. Yesterday I ordered a Salmon bagel at lunchtime and when I received my order after standing around for a while, it was quite off putting. I ordered the Salmon, capers, red onion and dill bagel but there was cheese all over the inside of my box, which I chose to ignore (surely my order should be placed in a clean box?). When I begun to eat the bagel I noticed the bottom was covered in icing which I initially mistook for cream cheese (not sure how icing got onto a savory order). Safe to say I binned my bagel and will not be ordering from them again
