Jacks Bagels Stellenbosch- the bagels were delicious but unfortunately my boyfriend received the wrong one and when he mentioned it (he didn’t want it changed just wanted to let them know) there was no apology just “ That’s the kitchen staff”, when the drinks came my friend who was with me got a milkshake instead of her order for juice and I got my iced latte with almond milk… what I thought was almond milk. It tasted a bit weird and a little burnt but I thought nothing of it until later when I had severe stomach cramps because I am quite lactose intolerant 😅… over all I was just a bit disappointed (also I did pay for almond milk)
