Withdrawals Not Paid Out
The most horrible experience ever! I have made a withdrawal from my winnings on the 5 May 2025, to date I’ve got the run around from them. I have spoken to multiple consultants who promised the issue would be resolved in 24 to 48 hours. 2 days later the issue not resolved. They ask me numerous times to resend my documents which I did but still it’s not sorted. This is highly frustrating and I won’t waste my time or money with Jackpot City again
