Waiting for free spins but that was never mentioned in the sms
I am writing this on behalf of the person who has a account with Jackpot city. They received a promotion sms from Jackpot city casino. That they would get free spins if they waggered R50. They deposited R60 and did not receive any Free spins. They were told to wait 24 hours for the free spins.

17 Aug 2025, 09:02I went onto Jackpot city to see if I was credited with my free spins. And nothing. On Friday I was told that it would take 24 hours to reflect. Siphwe said I have to wait another 24because they need to do it manually now.
