Not happy with Jackpot City I'm disappointed!!!
Hi I've got a big problem I've won R900 on Friday I withdraw it via Absa Cash send I've done it at 06:15 in the morning. I'm still waiting for sms even if it is more than 48hours. I did speak to a guy on the app he said the sms was already send to my phone number which is not true because I still waiting now he tells me he esculated the problem and I must wait for another 24hours. No man! NO!!!! this is really not fair you want us to rate you guys full stars but how if you treat customers like this???? I need that cash that I've won urgently I would go on if this was not urgent can I please have my Cash send withdrawal now!!!!!
