No support/ False advertising

If sketch was a site, this would be it. Let's start here, couple of days ago I decided to give jackpot city a go again because I've NEVER had any luck there. Seeing they have all these new promotions, I decided to play. Saw a promotion if you wager an ammount you get 70 free spins. After 2 deposits and wagering still trying to figure out why I'm not getting it, I contacted support (through email and social media) because there's no live support on the site itself. After investigating they said the promotion was only valid for first 1000 customers. I was upset because why is the promotion still showing if the cap was already met? Nevertheless I understood and accepted. I then saw the promotion for the daily wheel spin. Terms: wager R100 and get a wheel spin for that day. I thought okay cool let me deposit more money and get the wheel spin. Got the wheel spin, won an entry to the big draw awesome right? The next day wagered another R250 and got no wheel bonus. I emailed support and messaged on social media again. First person did not even read my email, and just said only the first 1000 customers qualify. But that's not the case with this promotion, which tells me this agent does not know what's going on. Finally after many attempts I was told there was a mishap and the spins will be allocated to my account within 48 hours (keep in mind after the first wheel spin, I wagered another R500 in two days) again no wheel spin. It's been 4 days now.... no answer from support via email or socials when following up about this. Just another side note, the RTP on this site seems so inferior to other competitors. I would highly suggest anyone to not waste their time and rather go with competing sites as they do have live support, answer queries and resolve problems. HollywoodBets for the win.
