No payout made as expected or promised
Made a request LAST WEEK FRIDAY and it's still pending. No one is willing to give a damn Explanation.They are not reliable at all, it's been escalated TWICE, and it's always tomorrow for the payout and tomorrow NEVER comes. There is no feedback, this is appalling. They need to place themselves in our shoes.
