No customer service and reversal never reflected
I'm super disappointed and disgusted that I've tried to contact jackpot city today on all platform, Instagram, Facebook, phone calls, emails and live chat, no response nothing, I've reversed my withdrawal this afternoon around 2pm still nothing has reflected on my balance! I have proof of how long I had to wait on a phone call, 20 minutes!!!!!!!!!!! I had no help today absolutely no help!! This customer service is POOR!
