JACKPOT CITY SOUTH AFRICA DOESN'T WANT TO PAY MY WINNINGS

So disappointed in Jackpot city on Sunday the 25th of May i made a withdrawal i waited till Monday afternoon nothing happened it was pending i went to live chat they told me to wait for another 24hrs i reversed and withdraw again till Tuesday i received nothing, Tuesday i went to live chat again they told me they see it been in process for 28 hours it too long there might be a problem i must reverse and try again i did today morning it was still pending i went to live chat they told me the person who told me to reverse it shouldn't have told me that because it only starting the process all over Around 10am when i checked they have reversed it back to my account now they are the one who are reversing it causing the process to delay and i wait more days or their strategy is to make you reverse until u lose it all because they do not want to pay since Sunday they have been giving excuses not to pay.
