Jackpot city casino provides no live chat help and no way to reach an agent to get your deposit bonus issue resolved.
I received an sms from jackpotcity that said i had 20 free spins waiting on wealth inn slot machine. I signed in and it required me to make a R50 deposit, so i did. Got my spins and won absolutely nothing. You have to opt into a promotion in order for it to be ready to claim. I thought let me try the 100% deposit match bonus and so i put in another R100 that they should have matched with the same value. Nothing... I sent over 20 "live chat" messages, i waited for hours for an agent but no matter how hard i tried, i just sat in this imaginary que with no help. Then by some miracle someone responds and i reply back in under 2 mins but they just ignore me and never say another word. I do not trust this casino, i suggest everyone use alternatives of their choice. The best part of it all is that all your chat history gets deleted when you leave the site.
