Jackpot City Broke Their Own Terms of Service. Still No Free Spins After 96 Hours!

I’m so beyond disappointed with Jackpot City. I participated in their "Urban July" promotion, followed every rule to the letter made the qualifying deposit, wagered more than required, and opted in as instructed. According to their own Terms of Service, the 20 Free Spins for Wealth In were supposed to be credited instantly, or within 48 hours at most. Well, it’s now been 96 HOURS, and I’ve still received nothing. Despite reaching out to support multiple times (over 3 separate days), all I got was repeated delays and the same excuse: “our technical team is working on it.” If you know there’s a technical problem, fix it or don’t run the promotion. Don’t keep stringing your players along while breaking your own promises. To be fair, the live agents were polite and tried to help but there’s only so much “sorry” can do when nothing gets resolved and you’ve clearly violated your own terms. It’s frustrating and completely unprofessional. No free spins. No compensation. No resolution. Just empty waiting and excuses. This is false advertising and gross negligence. I’ve lost all trust in Jackpot City. I wouldn’t recommend this platform to anyone until they start honoring their own promotions or at least communicate honestly and offer proper compensation when they fail.
