Half winnings received.

I won R5000 in the early hours of the morning (23.10.2026) requested a withdrawal only R2500 landed in the account. Chatted with a live agent who advised my bank verification expired and I re uploaded it. Funny enough I cannot see the R2500 balance on my account, transaction summary can't be viewed when I tried logging in this morning suddenly it says my logins are invalid. I luckily have screenshots as proof not a very happy customer right now
