Customer services is bad, bad, bad. Don't even bother to contact them in-game. You will never get a hold of an agent. I'm still waiting on free bonus spins of the Weekend Free spins promotion I've opted into twice in December. I've just given up after calling them and messaging them multiple times. There's always some kind of issue that never gets resolved. I won't support them anymore
