Delays in payment

I made a withdrawal several days ago and only received an SMS from ABSA containing the withdrawal reference number, stating that the sender would provide the access code separately. It has now been more than 48 hours and I have still not received the access code from the sender.

After checking recent reviews, it appears that many other customers have experienced the same issue. This suggests either a lack of competence in managing the service or a concerning disregard for customer experience. In either case, the process is clearly unreliable and poorly managed.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this platform.
