The worse withdrawal time of payout of asino games online.You wait 48 hours and still no withdrawal.Confirmation received but nothing

I'm really unsatisfied solving my queries I deposit money withdrawn (16/8) and then it was refunded back in to my jackpot account. Then my balance went up with R300 PROFIT equals to R1100.00 withdrawn 19/8 and it reversed back to my jackpot city account but only R800 what happened to my R300 profit?Why was withdrawal reversed again on the 20/8?

I tried reaching by phone and wasn't able to connect.
Your withdrawal 2000 which is accummulative to the 300 that was initially refunded is currently awaiting approval and will be processed once vetting been completed.
We let you know as soon as the funds have been processed.
