Bad service from jackpot city worst site customer service and broken promises

Hi my name is Tyson Jackpot city yoh I deposited 200 in my account i was than told the account is lock so this deposit was on the 27 th i was than told it will take 7 14 days to sort this out i have sent my banking details 4 times because there ask every time for it the cs staff are all lost i wish u guys could listen to the cs agents all lost i was than contacted today 2 times by laurens at 1st she said Its should be sorted out she will give me a call 2 3 hours later she did call saying it will take other 7 15 days to sort out the payment i mean for 200 theses guys are making me like a stupid and i want the manegement to read all emails and listen to all calls because i laurens says no1 promised me 7 14 days i just need my money this is the worst betting app in the country regarding process and customer be aware friends
