Bad ! Service
I have won a R300 rands and have selected to ABSA cash send me the money, for hours now we cannot get hold of them and they only issued me with the voucher code.............and no pin.
Can I please have someone from Jackpot city call me or I will place this on many platforms with screenshots.

If I do not receive prompt response I wll escalate this higher up, who sends a voucher code with no pin.
