Appalling, Abysmal, Atrocious Service
Withdrawal made 9/10/2026 no funds received, calls made, *** and bank statements sent, they are blaming standard Bank who have no funds to disburse yet they confirm they had a technical problem. They cant send me proof of payment, no manager available to speak to and when I follow up it the banks fault while I'm out of pocket. I am still waiting on a return call and my funds to be paid. How can you blame the bank when you cannot provide proof of payment or recapture after your technical error.
