This is.now my 2nd complaint on this platform. I proceeded to jackpersad and partnera last Wednesday and enquired on the costs of A particular procedure and was advised that it would cost between 2 to 3000. I further enquiried what would be a suitable time and was advised that my mum shud be at the xray department reception by 9am on Thursday morning. We went to the xray department the next morning and the procedure was done and report and wad told the cost is 5800. How does it more than double. I emailed rhem 3 times, revived no response, it's a simple query. I was told that we would be charged medical aid rates cos it's cheaper cos I did advise the lady whom assisted us that we would pay cash and not claim from my mums medical aid. Come on guys play fair and be nice. Why are you being so evasive guys
