Pathetic Telephone etiquette. (only giving the one star because that's the lowest I can give).

I just called through the Chatsworth branch and the ladies that answered were shockingly rude. I called to inquire how to get results the first call was answered and quickly dropped on me. Called back immediately (10:29 am Friday 05/06/2020) and the ladies name was Veroshnie or Veloshnie, she answered the phone with an abrupt rude tone and after I had told her I was waiting for an answer and the call was hung up her response was "Oh well".

Now let me prove the difference in your service based on area.

I called your Hillcrest branch (10:50) and spoke to Nosipho, who immediately assisted me never asked me to come in with my ID book. Nosipho offered to E-mail me my results which makes absolute sense considering what's going with the COVID-19.

Why would one branch offer such excellent customer service while the other is nothing less than pathetic ?

Is the mindset of your Chatsworth branch to offer mediocre service because they are based in Chatsworth ?

Is your customer care offered dependent on area ?

Why would I be asked to come in with my ID are your staff to lazy to assist me over the phone?

Really ? I don't think your Chatsworth staff have ever visited your website and understand what messages are sent out from your company to the public.

"We understand that our patients can become highly emotional and anxious"

Please consider your customer service in Chatsworth, People there are not as well off as those in other areas yet we still support you, Don't take advantage of the loyalty of the doctors and patients in the area that support you.

During this time be the light that shines to give people hope and not add frustration to your clients.
