Pathetic service Mount Edgecombe branch

Pathetic service waited more than an hour after being in trauma the night before. My visit was a helpless one. The lady behind the first counter kept chatting away about her upcoming wedding. The other ladies continued to talk personal stories very unpleasant and unprofessional. No follow up on clients seated. People who came after me were seen to first!
