Mutual agreements verbally and other doesn’t stand when CEO resigns.Actually they brush off the Law in our country SA which clearly states eg a mutual verbal agreement stands in the affirmative in our courts of law in this Country.

It is rather very sad that I have to login onto this website/platform to complain about a medical practice I frequent.This practice in concern is non other that Jackpersad & Partners.I have been making use of their facility for whatever sort of diagnosis needed via the radiology method for the past 40 odd years any hopefully still counting.The one positive thing I shed about their practice/business is that they have the state of art technology and well adapted to the South African environment,meaning, keeping updated with the new and upcoming technology on par.Unfortunately thou ,the fellow professionals employed by the company simply cannot keep up and thus erroneous assumptions made causing the total breakdown in faith ,loyalty,trust and honesty towards the practice from the absolute truth view ,statements and claims from myself.Adding to this the reception staff are absolutely very unprofessional ,uncaring and portray a character of total indolence towards myself as a patient.Fortunately there are personnel from management and administration that are of par excellence in regards to their etiquette manners and they are namely Ms Shirley and off course Ms Charlene and I salute them even in my times of having a Corpectomy (as a metaphor)because they not only render services of which the patient has paid for in sweat and blood but they go behond their lines of duty and the metaphysical to reach that point of excellence customer service which I can say we can only find in the infinite.Radiographers are also absolutely pleasant but I cannot speak much about the professionals behind the scene being interpreters of radiographic images.Cuting to the chase here, I have an enormous unending data in form of original documentation that clearly shows and evidence thereof that “Jackpersad &Partners “ deceived me by giving me inappropriate and false information regarding my health.The accountability in the affirmative lays with themselves and they know it very too well and that’s the problem because they feel they can duck and dive and not keep to mutual verbal agreements which are binding in our courts of South Africa.Actually “binding “ is not the word to use when you have witnesses.I call it “digging a 10 feet hole knowing very well you don’t have a ladder at your disposal “ give it whatever time.Well I also have other agreements in my possession of which I will not disclose at this time because of its sensitivity and more so that I will like to give the branch of Jackpersad & Partners Nandi Drive In Kzn Durban a sporting chance seeing the gentleman I am to simply do the right thing and keep up with legally binding agreements.If they cannot because their CEO has resigned as stated to me by Ms Hailey and as per herself the agreement falls by the wayside once the old COE has resigned as she was advised by the new CEO of Jackpersad &Partners who is in his absence to the facility currently and stands by his decision made.Now you would have noticed that I did not mention the CEO’s names as yet because like I said give them a “sporting chance “ to rectify or withdraw the statements made thus keeping in line with the agreements thus avoiding any conflict and legal issues now and in the future until the day the Good Lord beams me up without my permission off course to dwell in his kingdom forever and ....Yes I know it’s currently vague but I am as said a gentleman but but but an absolute Admiral as in an officer and I can switch roles in mearly a nanosecond or less.(They chemistry of the human brain changes every 5 seconds)footnote.I now address the person who is responsible to respond on this site that if the co payment of R3270 still applies to the MRI of the cervical spine which I am about to have at 09:00am then I will abort and come back onto this platform and voice myself and state the truth and nothing but the truth against Jackpersad &Partners and it’s professionals whether they have resigned or not because they refuse to keep up to agreements made between the relevant parties.I will also beat liberty to copy and paste “MY” documentation of X-rays,MRIs,reports etc for you the jury to view and make judgements thereof.Popi Act ,Ok with me I give consent by coping and pasting these documents.In closing if I may say please kindly do only the right thing that’s all I ask of you nothing more absolutely .I really don’t want to be this “Big Shot” and bring down empires but if I have to take a half day off I will definitely execute without any restraints whatsoever thus giving me the liberty and opportunities in power to the ultimate limitless.Sorry once last observation from my side while I visited your facility as advised by Ms Charlene(If admitted please let Charlene know so she can insert admission authority number and submit claim).I visited the facility early on the morning of the 08/03/2022 to advise Ms Charlene as above but she was not in and the only person present was Ms Hailey on a telephone call.She looked at me through the glass doors which was locked and signaled me to come in and off course I couldn’t.I awaited outside soft collar in place and in pain.She then concluded with the call some minutes later and came to the door ,opened way put “stay” in place never greeted asked what I want without even a welcome smile.I was either shocked or petrified I cannot say because it just blew me directly into space as if I wasn’t there never existed or I felt I was from another dimension because of the negativity energy which was given off by Ms Hailey.Just a suggestion don’t even take it but I have been employed by massive cooperate companies eg BMW SA andtrust you in me this is the person if under my employ will spend most of my time even my precious quality time (family and friends ) with Ms H because I have to because it’s my business and if she gives of this bad attitude or negative energy towards my clientele then I am in for some serious business loss maybe even into the ground and dirt per say,that my management style it worked for me and I never fired anyone in my life been a manager or director of a company because I believe in coaching and there has to be without a doubt good in that person and all I have to do is figure out a way for the said person to release the “Good” in them towards everyone thus achieving an all round win win situation.I had to see an Industrial Phycologist once every two years so that my employer could find me competent in all spheres pertaining to my levels of communication towards Rolls Royce customers,BMW customers and Mini customers.I will not tell you what they do when they find you ***********.Thank you most kindly and sincerely. There is a saying,Don’t mess with a man that has nothing to loose and funny enough I feel like this man.Cheers.
