Worst ever service.

In November 2017, we were told that our yearbook and year calendar will come in December free of charge, we did not receive anything. I then contacted Jackline and was told that it will defnitely come in January 2018, January packet came but the yearbook was not delivered.

I have emailed them and phoned them several times, was told they will send it within 4 days, still nothing was received. I then mailed them adn told them that i will not be paying the monthly fees untill i receive the yearbook due to me for 2 years now. On the 28th of Jan 2018, Ally informed my wife the ref number rc ********** 39za can the packet be expected within 5 days at our current residential address as they have sent it to the incorrect address and that she will phone my wife back, she never did. I have then emailed them again as we have not received the book, no reply. My wife then phoned again on 28th Feb, spoke to Alice and informed her we have not received the yearbook or calendar and not the books for Feb 2018 as no one cancelled the subscription, she then said she will sort everything out and we will receive everything within a week at ou current address, we still have not received anything. My wife then phoned on the 30th of March, my wife received a message saying someone will phone her back and no one phoned her back.

She phoned the second of April, and spoke to Andries, informed him again that we are waiting for the year calendar book and the 2 months books, she also informed him that she will tell the places where the company are advertising that they are lying about what they advertising. He then said that we will have the books within 3 days, today is the 9th of April 2018 and we still have not received anything. This company dont respond of you email or phone, i wonder if Disney even know how bad name you are giving their brand, i will defnitely report this to disney aswell.
