WORST ACCOUNTS AND CLIENT SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER!!!!!

<p>Jacklin Enterprises is the most infuriating, frustrating and useless company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They don't stick to agreements - so instead of an agreed one package per month, they'll send randomly, sometimes up to 5 a month, which they expect you to pay for regardless. They also cannot keep your account up to date. I have been handed over for missing 2 R200 payments, when in fact I have paid up to date, they just can't find the payments. I send them proof of payments and ask them to get back to me - they don't and hand me over instead. I even offered to go there and do their accounts for them because countless emails, countless calls to them and NO JOY. Their books and products are definitely not worth the hassles and frustrations of dealing with them. WORST COMPANY EVER!! EVER!</p>
