who would have thought

Jacklin enterprises , u suck . No communication and your accounts passes u from one person to the next , I have even moved companies from the last time spoken to them and no joy , have cancelled my account but they were still debiting my account . At one stage requested statement because u charge me everymonth then when the things get returned to you then u double charge me . the post office was on strike , do u understand that!!!. My husband had to once go to the offices to get my daughters dora baking goodies , there were about a box full of issues to collect, yet u cannot explain when u charge me so much for you using a useless delivery system. There is no customer service , as long as u collect your money every month then it is ok for u .
