WHEN YOU GET HANDED OVER FRO NO REASON

i wanted my son to get book by the Disney book club run by this company. i was told that i would receive the books within a month, i didn't receive a single book to date this was on 2014. Today an SMS that i have been handed over to NRB risk solutions because of an overdue account and I must call them immediately, which i did because i don't remember owing anyone. They checked my account and saw it was cancelled but i was still handed over. They didn't even know how much i owed them and how what i was handed over for. I am extremely upset and will never do business with them. my spotless record messed over things i didn't receive.
