Very Irate client

I signed up for disney book club through Jackiln enterprises in aid of collecting disney books for my daughter. I was so excited I received my starter pack which was cool with 4 books and a cute mickey mouse club bag well due to issues where we were renting we moved from where we were staying and I duly notified all my people of my change of address and contact details in which they never responded nor acknowledged. I then get a call this month to say after numerous calls and emails which I never received either of I have been handed over for collections of books I have never received and according to them they have sent me numerous books for my collection. after emailing them to explain the situation they say they cannot credit me or cancel my hand over. I refuse to pay a bill for books which I never received nor did the person update my details. I want this matter rectified immediately. I will be happy to receive the books then pay but i will not be liable or charged for stuff not received due to poor work ethic or service.
