tshepo ackermans jabulani mall bad service

I went to ackerman's jabulani mall to collect my layby waht a terrible experience. The cashier who was helping me(Viwe) needed assistance with voiding a transaction he then called the 2IC tshepo through the intercom at least 5 times before Tshepo decided to show up after 15 min. He looked like he just fell out of bed, he didn't greet , he was fiddling on his phone and looked very irritated. I then asked Viwe check something for me the then needed to void the transaction again and the same thing happened with Tshepo again but this time went on to shout at poor Viwe in front of us. This was frustrating and very upsetting such poor service. Tshepo clearly hates his job and he cant even conceal it. Very disappointed at the level of disrespect and disregard tshepo has for his staff as well as customers.
