Too many debit orders

We ordered a subscription in 2013 and had various problems throughout including the postal strike and recieving books that were damaged, these were mostly sorted out by Jacklin. I am still waiting for 2 issues which should have been received months ago.<br> <br> With all the confusion I decided to check my bank statements to be sure that the correct amounts had been debited and I found that there had been more debit orders than there should have been - I should have received 35 issues at R59.95 per issue but I have been charged for 37. I requested a statement from them which I checked and found that this also showed that I had been charged for 37 issues. I brought this up with Jacklin on 11 Feb, I have sent numerous emails and phoned their call center but nobody is putting any effort into understanding or correcting the problem. <br> <br>
