I subscribed to one of the crochet book. I made it COD so that I can buy as I need the books. I paid money in October and November 2019. I did not received any books. After months trying to get hold of them, they stated on a voice message that they are now Econonvix. I actually drove through to go and see them, due to them sending me the incorrect books. The lady that opened the doors said that they are in the process of changing over and that they have skeleton staff at the moment. They did assist and PROMISED they will delivery the correct books to me. I also went on their Facebook site and they keep on taking off all negative comments of their page. It is now a year later after payments and still no contact, delivery or refund on my payments.
