Supplier paid and no delivery

In September 2015 I signed up to receive the Art Therapy weekly issue magazine. Payment arranged is a debit order for an amount of R 285 once a month for 4 weekly issues send to me all at month end. From October to date I have only received issues 1 to 4 but my account is debited every month.<br> <br> Today the 28 January 2016 I complained calling the company and was assisted by Mr. Lourence Nengome, telling me that according to his records I received the magazine up till issues 16. But he also mention, that they are out of stock on same of the issues. Which made me uncomfortable that there is no system to the company. Keeping in mind I then asked him to cancel my contract regarding magazine and he said that is done but there was no reference to the call.<br> <br> Regarding the issues I have not received he said it will be investigated. I would just like to know what action can I take regarding this matter. I have cancelled my contract but the issues I have paid for I do not see them doing any thing. Can you please help regarding this matter. <br> <br> <br> <br>
