STAR ACHIEVERS Disney Book Club **** #frustratedandirratated

<p>I joined the DISNEY BOOK CLUB (Star Achievers) for childrens animated book stories. After being a member for just 6 months I cancelled. The money for the books was being debited off my account. One month they would deduct the amount owing, the next month they wouldnt, then they would deduct double and so it went on. I just happened to be going through my bank statements and noticed an amount deducted from DISNEY BOOK CLUB. Upon phoning their customer service department I was told it was for a calendar that was sent to me. After patiently explaining to the lady that No. 1 I never received a calendar and that No.2 I didnt even order such a calendar!.She then proceeded to inform me she would put in a request for a credit on my account for this amount, and that it would take approximately 14 working days. I waited this amount of time and did not receive any refund. I phoned again and was told that a request had been put in but that my banking details needed to be confirmed. I confirmed my account number etc and was once again promised that the money would be in my account in another 14 working days. It's now been two months I've been waiting. I phoned again today to be told they will put a request in for a refund, and that I will need to wait another 14 working days!!! DISNEY BOOK CLUB - you are nothing but a **** deducting money from a persons account for items not received. Thank you for *****ing my money!!!! I will never recommend your company to any parent.</p>
