Smooth talking backstabbers

A very friendly lady contacted me in March and asked if I was interested in Jacklins children's books. She sent it to me which I received in mid-April. She called me afterwards and I told her that I would not keep the books but would return them. She called me again about a week later and said that she had mistakenly sent me another 2 sets of books. She said she would arrange for someone to come and pick up all 3 sets of books from me. About a month ago I got a call from a collector saying that I owe you money, and I seem to be in arrears. I'm sure you could have called me first before you took such ridiculous steps, it's so unnecessary. Can you please arrange for these 3 packages to be collected from me immediately, where you had them delivered. One package wasn’t opened at all, the other's books weren't even taken out of the box. I tried to call, but no one answered the phone. I am mailing you weekly, but no one even bothers to answer.
