**** stars not handing me off to a collections agency for books I never received.

At one stage I was purchasing the Warhammer collection from Hachette via jacklin enterprises. The last time I received any of the books in the series was around June 2019. Those book were paid for. I then did not receive anything apart from email requesting I pay for the next Batch of books. I never received these books. Jacklin Enterprises did not respond to any of my queries about when the books would arrive. I then contacted Hatchette directly and was informed that there were having problems with Jacklin enterprises. I decided to cancel my subscription. Later one I received an email from Hachtette stating that they have cut ties with Jackson Enterprise now known as econovix and to not pay them any money. Earlier this year I got an email from a company called econovix stating that they now handle the war hammer subscription And I had to sign up to their payment portal. I rep**** informing them that I no longer have a subscriptionfor the war hammer collection. I received no reply. throughout the year I have received numerous threatening emails from econovix telling me to pay for the books they sent me in December. I never recieved any books as the last books I received where in June 2019. If I had been sent them I would have returned them as I had cancelled the subscription with Hatchette. Jacklin and or econovix do not reply to any of my emails to them stating that my subscription was cancelled before the books they are saying the sent to me and want me to pay for were sent out. They also uncontactable via phone.Also knowing that Hatchett stopped working with them before the books they are requesting me to pay for were sent to me I find that very suspicious. I contacted Hatchette again and they again told me to make no payments to them as they are not doing business with them. Today I received an email from a company called NRB Risk Solutions saying my Jacklin Account has been handed of to them as the collections agency. I wonder if they will actually reply to any of my correspondence.
