REFUND NOT PROCESSED SINCE JANUARY

A total amount of R597 to be refunded to me.According to Jacklin Enterprices they owe me R125.My account has been debited since January when the account was closed the amounts of R164.99( 30 January 2015) ,R99 (27 February) and R99 (31 March).I was promised this refund in January and had to report again in March.I am being charged R16 per debit on my bankstatement for an Account thats closed and books i did not receive.I want my refund.
