POOR SERVICE

<p>I owed Jacklin some money and I sent them an email saying that I know that my account is in arrears and I would pay ASAP. Then I receive a call from very rude DEBT COLLECTORS INSISTING I PAY WHEN I TOLD THEM I WOULD. THEY HOUNDED ME FOR DAYS SO I PAID JACKLIN DIRECTLY AND TOLD THEM TO INFORM THEIR DEBT COLLECTORS TO STOP CALLING ME. I paid R450 or so which was in arrears and another R174 outstanding for a calender they sent me after I had cancelled my subscription but I paid. A month later they call me for the calender fees. This Elizabeth was so **** rude. I sent her proof of payment and she didnt even respond. What ****** business is this that doesnt even know that I paid them a month ago. </p>
