Poor and Terrible service.

Service delivery at Jacklin enterprises does not excist, call centre staff are clueless, sending a email to the service support is even worse as they might come back to you after 3 days with no usefull information. package left their warehouse the 14th November and between them and Dawn wing no one knos where the package is nor what the waybill nr is. Think twice befor doing busness/subscriptions with them, see they under new management since June but clearly no approvement in service at all doubt that Econovix (Pty) Ltd will be better than what Jacklin was.
