Pathetic service

12days still havent recieved my order the call centre informs me my order is in transit but i guess they deliver on foot because its been 3days an nothing .this is my 1st purchase its appaling .my gf ordered from them as well an even her order as not been delivered the call centre informed her it takes 72hours for order to reflect (biggest joke ever) she had placed order same day as me 12days ago .im not going to stoop name calling but judging by the number of complaints jacklin enterprises is running a ********** service i highly recommend consumers to stay away .
