Pathetic service

<p>I am a new subscriber. My order is incorrect. Upon phoning your call centre not only was the agent rude but she wasn't able to assist me satisfactorily.</p> <p>i asked to speak to a manger and was left on the line for 15 mins with no answer.</p> <p>eventually I was disconnected </p> <p> </p> <p>is the how you do business.</p> <p>i have cancelled my subscription and will never do business with your company again</p>
