Pathetic Customer Service

I really enjoy the issues that I do receive, but due to a lack of communication of the companies side, my account was cancelled without notice. When I queried this I was told that I wasn't collecting from the post office (I never received any notices).<br> My account was then reinstated and the missing issues amount was taken from my account in bulk. It has been 3 months now and still have not received them.<br> I then changed my address - every month I get a call saying that they are here with my delivery (and then they are outside my old address).<br> I have an email thread of 19 emails where I keep querying my outstanding issues - which are now accumulating as I don't get them delivered to the correct address. Every time someone bothers to reply, I get a generic email. No personal service and no interest to sort out your issue.<br> Today I have had enough and decided to call them - same pathetic service and the answer is \they will be delivered shortly\".<br> Pathetic customer service - I really expected more. You will not see me ever again nor will I recommend you."
