Once again just debiting as you wish

I have not signed ANYTHING with regards to Jacklin Enterprises. I called your call centre and KAY tells me that he cannot pick up any details on the system. Why then debit an account of some1 you do not even know of. I have not signed any contract or book as per the questions asked. I have been face with having to reverse denit orders every month and having to pay fees to reverse these amounts with every debit order. No one has answers as to why my account has been debited and KAY is unable to pick up an account with Jacklin Enterprises with my cell phone number or address.
