No Service

I have been trying for the last year to cancel my subscription to Disney Bookclub but without any luck. I phoned them to cancel, I mailed them and have been requesting feedback on my mail every week without any luck. To make things worse is that they do not send and Disney books anymore but some other books and some of them are really a waste of my money. Can someone please help me to stop this subscription??
