No product received letter of demand sent

I ordered back issues in August 2014 - no items were ever delivered. I receive a call from a debt collector to say I've been handed over. I call to ask jacklin enterprises for what - they say although I paid at the time the bank returned the money. They cannot confirm whether they sent the items of not - stating I owe R189 - when a payment of R399 went into their account in August 2014. Bunch of *******!
