No Customer Service at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No customer service at all and the call center manager Rose does not know how to talk to customers and sort out a problem. i made a double payment and wanted to sort it out but not one consultant or the manager could help me resolve the problem! Also got 1 book and not 2 books as agreed. Worst decision i made to get a subscription from them.
