No customer service

I am registered as a client since 2016 to receive two products monthly, but have received nothing in almost six months now. Additionally I am being accused of owing money when a debit order had been established at the start of my contract.

I have made efforts to contact them telephonically, online (internet and FB messenger) as well as by email regarding other queries but lately I am unable to get through and none of my concerns have been resolved.
