Money taken after subscription cancelled and without delivering goods

<p>I cancelled my subscription with Jacklin Enterprises on 18 Nov 2016. After this i get billed the following for products that I never received (Disney Year book 2017: R179.99 and Disney Calendar 2017: R179.99). I phoned Charmaine on 25 Nov 2016 to log a complaint and I was told a refund will be done on this within 5 to 8 days. Not only did the refund NOT happen but on 22 Dec 2016 two more amounts were deducted from my account for R174.98 and R179.99, I immediately phoned and was told that someone would get back to me. I missed one call and left two messages for that person. </p> <p> </p> <p>I still have no feedback and have not seen one cent of the money, that in my opinion is theft.</p>
