Missing issues

I subscribed to your Art Therapy magazine when it 1st came out. I entered my bank details online. Called you the same week to make sure everything was captured correctly. The 1st problems came when apparently my debit orders did not go off due to no funds. Which was impossible for an amount of R19.90. Non the less I changed the account and paid in the outstanding amount. My 2nd order wasn't even deliver to my address. But given to some stranger in our complex. And received 3 days later from him. Then last month I get my package without issue 6. I call immediately and get told your out of stock and will receive it in my next order. Yesterday I receive the new package and now I'm missing issue 12. So no issue 6 or 12. I call immediately to query but there was no answer. Twice. Other subscribers got a free gift and a letter to state your out of stock and will receive it again in Jan. I received nothing regarding my missing issues and find it unacceptable. Regardless of the fact that I have to keep calling to check up on my delivery every month. You could have just popped a letter in my package as well. Now I'm concidering to cancel as I can't even find issue 6 in the shops anymore.
