Missing a issue

I have been a member since 2017 I am awaiting a book which will complete my subscriptions or 80 issues I have been waiting for the last issue which they owe me since Feb 2019.. it's very frustrating being told they doing everything they can it's the publisher in the UK that had the problem. I'm seriously disappointed and just want my last book so I have a complete series of books
