JACKLYN ENTERPRISE / WORST SERVICE EVER

I am suscribed to Militarily Watch Collections with them, debit orders did go of my bank account, for 3 month I did not get my items, after calling them numerous times, still did not get my issues, 2019 (August,September,October) Everytime it is excuses and they blame the courier for not delivering. November 2019 I received 2 issues again. So I am still short of 6 x issues. December 2019, January 2020 and February 2020 I have been trying to get hold of the, calling numerous times with no luck at all, apparantly they are upgrading there communication systems. End of December 2019 and January 2020 I noticed that the debit order did not go through although there are money in the account. Again waiting my airtime trying to call them, Sen emails, complaint on there webpage, STILL NO RESPONSE FROM THEM. Now all of a sudden I received an email stating that I need to pay them, they went into a new kind of system that I why the debit order did not go through, I must now pay the money that is in arrears, now I need to register on some webpage first, still I have 6 issues missing that I payday for. Is there anyone that can help with this issue, THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE, Feel free to contact me on *** Anton
